Ms. Roemer abstained from voting on the Community <br />Development Program Contracts for Neighborhood Housing Services, as she is a member of the <br />Board. Upon a motion made by Mr. Powell, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the Community <br />Development Program Contracts for Neighborhood Housing Services were approved. <br />APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL - EDISON ROAD SANITARY SEWER ROUTE STUDY - KEN <br />HERCEG & ASSOCIATES <br />Mr. Caldwell stated that the Board is in receipt of a Proposal between the City of South Bend and <br />Ken Herceg & Associates, 211 West Washington, South Bend, Indiana, for professional engineering <br />services to extend sanitary sewer service to the property in the northeast quadrant of the Edison Road <br />and Pine Road intersection. Mr. Caldwell noted that the Proposal is in the amount of $10,550.00. <br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Powell and carried, the Proposal <br />was approved and executed. <br />i APPROVAL OF REVISED PROPOSAL - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - EROSION CONTROL <br />FOR PETROLEUM PIPELINE - ERSKINE STORM WATER BASIN - MIAMI STREET - TRIAD <br />ENGINEERING <br />Mr. Caldwell stated that the Board is in receipt of a Proposal between the City of South Bend and <br />
