Ms. Roemer abstained from voting on the Community Development Program Contracts for Neighborhood Housing Services, as she is a member of the Board. Upon a motion made by Mr. Powell, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the Community Development Program Contracts for Neighborhood Housing Services were approved. APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL - EDISON ROAD SANITARY SEWER ROUTE STUDY - KEN HERCEG & ASSOCIATES Mr. Caldwell stated that the Board is in receipt of a Proposal between the City of South Bend and Ken Herceg & Associates, 211 West Washington, South Bend, Indiana, for professional engineering services to extend sanitary sewer service to the property in the northeast quadrant of the Edison Road and Pine Road intersection. Mr. Caldwell noted that the Proposal is in the amount of $10,550.00. Therefore, upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Powell and carried, the Proposal was approved and executed. i APPROVAL OF REVISED PROPOSAL - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - EROSION CONTROL FOR PETROLEUM PIPELINE - ERSKINE STORM WATER BASIN - MIAMI STREET - TRIAD ENGINEERING Mr. Caldwell stated that the Board is in receipt of a Proposal between the City of South Bend and
