REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 26, 2000 to a request as submitted by Mr, Mark McDonnell, LaSalle Grille, 115 West Colfax, South Bend, Indiana, to install a sign at 115 West Colfax. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the recommendation was approved. APPROVAL OF DEED OF DEDICATION - PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY - U.S. 31 INDUSTRIAL PARK - PHASE II Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the Deed of Dedication was approved. The Deed of Dedication is for water and sewer construction in this development area. APPROVAL OF GRANT OF EASEMENT - U.S. 31 INDUSTRIAL PARK - PHASE II Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Grant of Easement was approved. The Grant of Easement is for a turn -around for Dylan Drive. APPROVE CLAIMS Mr. Gilot stated that the following claims were submitted to the Board for approval: Name Amount of Claim Date Comments WDS $35,129.35 December 12, 2000 City of South Bend $3,277,565.35 December 18, 2000 Approved 12/18/00 pursuant to Res. No. 100-2000 City of South Bend $355,754.56 December 22, 2000 Mr. Gilot made a motion that the claims be approved and the reports as submitted be filed. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried.
