After reviewing those bids, Mr. Carl <br />P. Littrell, City Engineer, recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive <br />and responsible bidder, Warner and Sons in the amount of $33,660.00. Therefore, Ms. Roemer made <br />a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above.
