✓.; r REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 27, 2000 OPENING/AWARD OF QUOTATIONS - NEAR WESTSIDE NEIGHBORHOOD PARTNERSHIP CENTER - TREE PROJECT - PROJECT NO. 100-100 Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for the above referred to project. The following Quotation was opened and read: WILLSON NURSERY AND LANDSCAPE COMPANY Post Office Box 266 LaPorte, Indiana 463 52 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Don Wilson. QUOTATION: $5,400.00 Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above Quotation was referred to the Division of Engineering and Community and Economic Development for review and recommendation. After reviewing the quotation, Mr. Littrell and Mr. Marco Mariani, Planning Department, recommended that the Board award the contract to the sole bidder, Willson's Nursery and Landscape Company, in the amount of $5,400.00. Therefore, Ms. Roemer made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried. OPENING OF QUOTATIONS - BUILD -OUT OF LEASE SPACES 3 AND 4 - LEIGHTON PLAZA - LEPEEP RESTAURANT - PROJECT NO. 100-99 Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for the above referred to project. The following Quotations were opened and read: KROPP FIRE PROTECTION, INC. 61681 U.S. 31 South South Bend, Indiana 46614 Quotation was submitted by Mr. James H. Duff. Non -Discrimination Commitment Form was not submitted. QUOTATION: Automatic Fire Sprinkler Protection 37 - Chrome Pendent Sprinklers 2 - Dry Pendent Sprinklers $ 2,974.00 K&S ELECTRIC 1125 Herman Street Elkhart, Indiana 46516 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Harold E. Campbell II. QUOTATION: Electrical $45,679.00 Electrical/Lighting & Switches $ 3,862.00 DOMINIAK MECHANICAL, INC. 1137 West Western Avenue South Bend, Indiana 46601 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Chris Donahue.
