Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the <br />above referred to Title Sheets were approved and signed. <br />APPROVE EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Mr. Anthony Molnar, Engineer, Division of Engineering, recommended that the following <br />Excavation Bonds be approved as follows: <br />EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Greg Johnson Excavating, Inc. Approved Effective September 27, 2001 <br />Pursuant to Res. No. 100-2000 <br />Sky Plumbing LLC Approved Effective September 27, 2001 <br />Pursuant to Res. No. 100-2000 <br />Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bonds be approved as <br />outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. Michael Edmonds, 26405 Edison Road, South Bend, Indiana. The <br />Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer system <br />of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to the east side of Quince Road on the north side of <br />Edison Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 21-1043-0729), Mr. Edmonds waives and releases any <br />and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by <br />the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. <br />Inks seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Ms. Connie Moon, 53265 Nadine Street, South Bend, Indiana.
