<br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CLOSE STREET - TAYLOR FROM
<br />LINCOLNWAY WEST TO MADISON - CORN/SAUSAGE ROAST
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of Engineering,
<br />Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted by Ms.
<br />Diane Pietrowski, 501 Lincolnway West, South Bend, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to event
<br />on July 14, 2001, from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by
<br />Mr. Littrell and carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CLOSE STREET - MINER FROM EDDY TO
<br />FRANCIS - BIRTHDAY PARTY
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of Engineering,
<br />Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted by Ms.
<br />Charisse Wardlow, 1015 East Miner, South Bend, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to block
<br />party on July 7, 2001, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded
<br />by Mr. Littrell and carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CLOSE STREET - MCPHERSON FROM NAPIER
<br />TO THOMAS - PARISH FESTIVAL
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of Engineering,
<br />Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted by Mr.
<br />Michael Bueno, St. Stephen's Catholic Church,1102 West Thomas, South Bend, Indiana, to conduct
<br />the above referred to parish festival on August 5, 2001, from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Upon a
<br />motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CLOSE STREET - PENNSYLVANIA FROM
<br />FELLOWS TO RUSH - BIRTHDAY PARTY
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of Engineering,
<br />Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted by Mr.
<br />Kenneth Anderson,1313 Johnson Street, South Bend, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to block
<br />party on July 7, 2001, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by
<br />Mr. Littrell and carried, the recommendation was approved.
