Ms. <br />Roemer seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - SOR1N STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 101-027 <br />Mr. Gilot advised that the Title Sheet for the above referred to project was being presented at this <br />time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above <br />referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed. <br />DOWNTOWN DELIVERY PERMIT PROGRAM <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Bob Mathia, Community & Economic Development, stated that <br />the trial period on the subject program expired on May 28, 2001. It was noted that the Delivery <br />Permit Program period was initially for ninety (90) days. The City Council was to consider the <br />proposal within this time frame, but did not. Mr. Mathia requested permission of the Board to <br />extend the trial period another sixty (60) days. Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by <br />Mr. Inks and carried, the Downtown Delivery Permit Program was granted a sixty (60) day <br />extension. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:36 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Gary A.
