Therefore, upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the request to advertise for the <br />receipt of bids was approved. <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER- SOUTHERN VIEW DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS - RIETHRILEY <br />CONSTRUCTION -PROJECT NO. 100-01 <br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Public Construction Manager, has submitted Change Order No. <br />1 on behalf of Rieth Riley Construction, 25200 State Road 23, South Bend, Indiana, indicating that <br />the Contract amount be increased $18,321.04 for a new Contract sum including this Change Order <br />in the amount of $203,321.04. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roemer and <br />carried, the Change Order was approved. <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER - HEADWORKS FACILITY - WASTEWATER TREATMENT <br />PLANT - SUPERIOR CONSTRUCTION - PROJECT NO. 98-026 <br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Jack Dillon, Director, Environmental Services, has submitted Change <br />Order No. 4 on behalf of Superior Construction, 2045 East Dunes Highway, Gary, Indiana indicating <br />that the Contract amount be increased $5,837.00 for a new Contract sum including this Change Order <br />
