Mr. <br />Inks seconded the motion which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR - WAIVER OF RIGHT TO APPEAL FOR MINOR AND REPLAT <br />SUBDIVISIONS <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Abonmarche Group, 750 Lincolnway East, South Bend, Indiana, submitted <br />a Waiver of Right to Appeal for Minor and Replat Subdivisions processed through the Area Plan <br />Commission. Mr. Stephen Rudisell, Abonmarche Group, submitted a letter explaining the Waiver. <br />This is a mechanism by which the staff ofthe Area Plan Commission is permitted to grant Secondary <br />Plat approval and record the plat immediately following the Plat Committee meeting. Plat law <br />dictates that there must be a ten (10) day wait period between the date of the Plat Committee's <br />decision and the date of the recording of the plat for all subdivisions. The Waiver simply waives the <br />ten day wait period and permits the staff of the Area Plan Commission to immediately record the plat. <br />There being no further discussion, the process was accepted. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:20 a.m. <br />MEETING RECONVENED <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the meeting reconvened. A <br />Waiver of Right to Appeal for the Public Works Service Center Minor Subdivision was presented to <br />the Board by Mr. Carl Littrell, City Engineer, for approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Wavier was approved. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:23 a.m. <br />
