fl t <br />REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 12, 2001 <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following traffic control <br />devices were approved: <br />New Installation - Handicapped <br />1322 West Ford <br />Mr. Pejza has met all the <br />Accessible Parking Space Signs <br />requirements <br />New Installation - Handicapped <br />1211 Eclipse <br />Mr. Mahome has met all the <br />Accessible Parking Space Signs <br />requirements <br />New Installation - Handicapped <br />312 Donmoyer <br />James Monroe School has a <br />Accessible Parking Space Signs <br />(Fellows Street Side) <br />handicap accessible ramp on <br />the east side of the school <br />New Installation - Handicapped <br />1129 North College <br />Ms. Buchanan has met all the <br />Accessible Parking Space Signs <br />requirements <br />New Installation - Handicapped <br />3617 West <br />Mr. Maxwell has met all the <br />Accessible Parking Space Signs <br />Washington <br />requirements <br />Removal - Handicapped Accessible <br />1334 King <br />Signs no longer needed <br />Parking Space Signs <br />Removal - Two (2) Hour Parking <br />1017 Dubail <br />Doctor Is office is now a <br />residential home; signs no <br />longer needed <br />New Installation - No Parking/Bus <br />303 South Chapin <br />Hansel Center request <br />Zone <br />reserved bus parking; used for <br />pick-up and drop-off of <br />children <br />Removal - Residential Parking; <br />100 Block North <br />In 1992 residential signs <br />Revised to Two (2) Hour Parking <br />William (west side) <br />installed for residents during <br />hours of 8-4. 501 <br />Washington is now vacant. <br />New Installation - Two (2) Hour <br />206 East Bartlett <br />Dr. Yu requests handicap <br />Handicap Zone <br />zone in front of his office. <br />Revised Sign - Handicap/Tow Zone <br />926 East Cedar <br />Resident having problems <br />(Frances Street side) <br />with parking in handicap area. <br />APPROVAL OF DEED OF DEDICATION - 6001 MIAMI STREET - MIAMI STREET SEWER <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Deed of Dedication for <br />a portion of property at 6001 Miami Street was approved. It was noted the Deed of Dedication is <br />for a portion of property used for installation of the Miami Street sanitary sewer. <br />APPROVAL OF GRANT OF EASEMENT <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, a Grant of Easement made <br />by St. Casimir's Church,1308 Dunham Street, South Bend, Indiana, was approved. It was noted that <br />this Easement was granted to facilitate a right of ingress and egress upon St. Casimir's Church <br />property from a vacated alleyway off Dunham, to assist the City in maintenance, trash pick-up and <br />other functions. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - PUBLIC WORKS SERVICE CENTER - MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Gilot advised that the Title Sheet for the above referred to project was being presented at this <br />time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the <br />above referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed. It was noted that a Waiver of Right to <br />Appeal was included with the documentation to be approved. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the Wavier of Right to Appeal was forwarded to the Legal <br />Department for review. <br />
