It was noted the Deed of Dedication is <br />for a portion of property used for installation of the Miami Street sanitary sewer. <br />APPROVAL OF GRANT OF EASEMENT <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, a Grant of Easement made <br />by St. Casimir's Church,1308 Dunham Street, South Bend, Indiana, was approved. It was noted that <br />this Easement was granted to facilitate a right of ingress and egress upon St. Casimir's Church <br />property from a vacated alleyway off Dunham, to assist the City in maintenance, trash pick-up and <br />other functions. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - PUBLIC WORKS SERVICE CENTER - MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Gilot advised that the Title Sheet for the above referred to project was being presented at this <br />time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the <br />above referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed. It was noted that a Waiver of Right to <br />Appeal was included with the documentation to be approved. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the Wavier of Right to Appeal was forwarded to the Legal <br />Department for review. <br />
