1 REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 22, 2001 FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following Certificate of Insurance was accepted for filing: Horizon Builders, Inc. New Life Restoration, Inc. 30160 North Cobus Drive Elkhart, Indiana 46514 APPROVE CONTRACTOR BOND Mr. Anthony Molnar, Engineer, Division ofEngineering, recommended that the following Contractor Bond be approved as follows: BOND OF CONTRACTOR Temple Contractors Approved Effective January 9, 2001 Bond was Approved January 9, 2001 Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 Ms. Roemer made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bond be approved as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE CLAIMS Mr. Gilot stated that the following claims were submitted to the Board for approval: Name Amount of Claim Date Comments St. Joseph County Four (4) Claims January 4, 2001 Claims approved Housing Consortium January 9, 2001 Pursuant to Res. No. 100-2000 Morris Performing Four (4) Claims January 11, 2001 Arts Center City of South Bend $2,411,500.56 January 22, 2001 Ms. Roemer made a motion that the claims be approved and the reports as submitted be filed. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:25 a.m.
