<br />APPROVAL OF LETTER AGREEMENT - DETERMINATION OF MARKET VALUE -
<br />MISCELLANEOUS PROPERTIES - APPRAISAL GROUP INC.
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and
<br />Appraisal Group Inc., 92 East Jefferson, South Bend, Indiana, for the above referred to project for
<br />the South Bend Central Development Area. Mr. Gilot noted that the Agreement is in the amount of
<br />$3,500.00. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the
<br />Agreement was approved and executed.
<br />APPROVE GRANT AGREEMENTS -NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH PROGRAM
<br />The following Agreements were presented to the Board for approval:
<br />Youth for the Community/Lafayette
<br />Boys and Girls Club

<br />APPROVAL OF 2003 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR CITY EMPLOYEES
<br />Ms. Cathy Hubbard Shead, Director of Personnel, submitted the 2003 Holiday Schedule for City
<br />Employees and recommended approval. Mayor Stephen Luecke has approved this schedule, which
<br />consists of nine (9) designated holidays and one (1) floating holiday:

<br />Memorial Day
<br />Independence Day
<br />Labor Day
<br />Veteran's Day
<br />Thanksgiving Day
<br />Day after Thanksgiving
