<br />APPROVAL OF SERVICES AGREEMENT - PLANNING CONSULTATION FOR IVY TOWER
<br />COMPLEX - URBAN LAND INSTITUTE
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and
<br />the Urban Land Institute,1025 Thomas Jefferson Street, Northwest, Washington, D.C., for planning
<br />consultation for the Ivy Tower Complex. Mr. Gilot noted that the Agreement is in the amount of
<br />$40,000.00. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the
<br />Agreement was approved and executed.
<br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT - LEASE EXTENSION - ARTHUR QUIGLEY PARK -
<br />NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and
<br />Northeast Neighborhood Council, 803 Notre Dame Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, for a lease
<br />extension for Arthur Quigley Park. Mr. Gilot noted that the Agreement is in the amount of $12.00
<br />to be paid to the City of South Bend. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr.
<br />Inks and carried, the Agreement was approved and executed.
<br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT - LEASE AGREEMENT - NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD
<br />CENTER - NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION ORGANIZATION
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and
<br />Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization Organization, 803 Notre Dame Avenue, South Bend,
<br />Indiana, for the lease of Northeast Neighborhood Center. Mr. Gilot noted that the Agreement is in
<br />the amount of $12.00 to be paid to the City of South Bend. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Agreement was approved and executed.
<br />APPROVAL OF GRANT AGREEMENT - MAYOR'S AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
<br />INITIATIVE - FAMILY & OUTREACH SERVICES INC.
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and
<br />Family & Youth Outreach Services, Inc., Post Office Box 3192, South Bend, Indiana, for after
<br />school youth activities. Mr. Gilot noted that the Agreement is in the amount of $9,625.00.
<br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Agreement
<br />was approved and executed.
<br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT - GRANT AGREEMENT - HOME REPAIR AND
<br />IMPROVEMENT - WILLIE ROGERS
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and
<br />Mr. Willie Rogers,1033 Bryant Street, South Bend, Indiana, for home repair and improvement. Mr.
<br />Gilot noted that the Agreement is in the amount of $4,473.75. Therefore, upon a motion made by
<br />Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Agreement was approved and executed.
<br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT - GRANT AGREEMENT - HOME REPAIR AND
<br />IMPROVEMENT - NANCY GORDON
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and
<br />Nancy Gordon, 2005 Riverside Drive, South Bend, Indiana, for home repair and improvement.
<br />Mr. Gilot noted that the Agreement is in the amount of $6,232.55. Therefore, upon a motion made
<br />by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Agreement was approved and executed.
<br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT - GRANT AGREEMENT - HOME REPAIR AND
<br />IMPROVEMENT - CINDY DELEON
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and
<br />Ms. Cindy DeLeon, 451 South Jackson Street, South Bend, Indiana, for home repair and
<br />improvement. Mr. Gilot noted that the Agreement is in the amount of $3,907.50. Therefore, upon
<br />a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the Agreement was approved and
<br />executed.
<br />APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT - MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT -
<br />DIVISION OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
<br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Amendment to an Agreement between the City of
<br />South Bend and the Division of Community and Economic Development, the demolition agreement
<br />for Oliver School. Mr. Gilot noted that the Amendment changes line 1 of paragraph 6 from
