After reviewing those bids, Mr. <br />David Koppana, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract to L.L. Geans in the <br />amount of $218,963.69. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted <br />and the bid be awarded as outlined above.
