041 <br />SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 15, 2003 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, December <br />15, 2003, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Mr. Carl P. Littrell and Mr. Donald E. Inks present. <br />Also present was Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the meeting was recessed <br />at 8:10 a.m., to be reconvened at 9:30 a.m. <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was re -convened at 9:35 a.m. on Monday, <br />December 15, 2003, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Mr. Carl P. Littrell and Mr. Donald E. <br />Inks present. Also present was Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar and Attorneys John Livingston and <br />Aladean DeRose. <br />ADD AGENDA ITEM <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following item was added <br />to the agenda: <br />- Request to Advertise for the Receipt of Bids - WWTP Secondary Treatment Improvements <br />OPENING OF BIDS - ST. JOSEPH COUNTY JAIL SITE PREPARATION - PHASE II - <br />PROJECT NO. 103-042A <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project. The <br />Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News <br />which were found to be sufficient.
