The encroachment shall remain in the right <br />of way until the time as the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend shall determine that <br />such encroachment is in any way impairing or interfering with the highway or with the free and same <br />flow of traffic. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the <br />Revokable Permit was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF REVOKABLE PERMIT - 1771 LILAC COURT <br />Mr. Gilot stated a Revokable Permit has been received for the purpose of allowing brick mailbox <br />to remain in the right-of-way at 1771 Lilac Court. The encroachment shall remain in the right of way <br />until the time as the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend shall determine that such <br />encroachment is in any way impairing or interfering with the highway or with the free and same flow <br />of traffic. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Revokable <br />Permit was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF REVOKABLE PERMIT - NORTH SIDE OF WERWINSKI BETWEEN <br />COLLEGE AND WILBER STREET <br />Mr. Gilot stated a Revokable Permit has been received for the purpose of soil borings on the north <br />side of Werwinski between College and Wilber Streets. The encroachment shall remain in the right <br />of way until the time as the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend shall determine that <br />such encroachment is in any way impairing or interfering with the highway or with the free and same <br />flow of traffic. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the <br />Revokable Permit was approved. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 78-2003 - APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br />TO MADISON CENTER INC./PURCHASE AGREEMENT/DEED/SALES DISCLOSURE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the following Resolution <br />was adopted by the Board of Public Works. In addition, the Purchase Agreement, Deed and Sales <br />Disclosure was presented to the Board for approval.
