APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT - ACCEPTANCE/MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY FROM HERMITAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and Hermitage South Condominium, South Bend, Indiana, for the undertaking of maintenance of Fredricksburg Court and Andrews Court as part of the City's "Good Neighbors" Program. In addition, these streets will be dedicated as public roads. Mr. Gilot noted that the Agreement is in the amount of $150,000.00. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Agreement was approved and executed. APPROVE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT - OLIVER BOILER HOUSE RENOVATION - ZIOLKOWSKI CONSTRUCTION - PROJECT NO. 103-027B Mr. Gilot advised that in accordance with the bid awarded on July 28, 2003 to Ziolkowski Construction, 1005 South Lafayette, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount of $703,800.00 for the above referred to project, a Contract in said amount was being submitted for Board approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Contract was approved and the appropriate Certificate of Insurance, Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond as submitted were filed. APPROVE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT - DEAN STREET EMERGENCY CONCRETE REPAIRS - RIETH RILEY CONSTRUCTION - PROJECT NO 103-054 Mr. Gilot advised that in accordance with the quotation awarded on August 7, 2003, to Rieth Riley Construction, 25200 State Road 23, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount of $9,750.00 for the above referred to project, a Contract in said amount was being submitted for Board approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Contract was approved and the appropriate Certificate of Insurance was filed.
