Jacob, Clerk <br />RATIFY RESOLUTION NO.29-2003 - OFFER TO PURCHASE 24514 CLEVELAND ROAD <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the following Resolution <br />was ratified by the Board of Public Works: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 29-2003 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORIZING <br />AN OFFER TO PURCHASE 24514 CLEVELAND ROAD, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />WHEREAS, on March 24, 2003 this Board, in Resolution 26-2003 conditionally appointed <br />appraisers to appraise the fair market value of the real property at 24514 Cleveland Road, South <br />Bend, Indiana; and <br />WHEREAS, on Monday, March 24, 2003 the Common Council passed a Resolution <br />expressing its interest in purchasing the property at 24514 Cleveland Road, South Bend, Indiana; and <br />WHEREAS, reports of the appraisers has been received today; and <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana as follows: <br />Section 1. An offer shall be made to Shirley A.
