J095 [J Niles, Michigan 49120 REGULAR MEETING J&K Service, Inc 64550 Oak Road Lakeville, Indiana 46536 Walsh & Kelly, Inc. 1700 East Main Street South Bend, Indiana 46628 Griffith, Indiana 46319-2999 MARCH 24, 2003 APPROVE EXCAVATION BOND Mr. Anthony Molnar, Engineer, Division of Engineering, recommended that the following Excavation Bond be approved as follows: EXCAVATION BOND Jess Howard Electric Company Approved Effective March 18, 2003, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bond be approved as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried.
