` REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 24, 2005 <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 (FINAL) AND PROJECT COMPLETION <br />AFFIDAVIT — RINK RIVERSIDE BUILDING DEMOLITION — WARNER & SONS <br />INC. — PROJECT NO. 105-039 (FUNDING) <br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Jim Freeman, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 2 <br />(Final) on behalf of Warner and Sons, Inc., 29099 Old U.S. 33, Elkhart, Indiana, <br />indicating that the contract amount be increased by $2,251.20 for a new contract sum <br />including this Change Order in the amount of $127,456.20. Additionally submitted was <br />the Project Completion Affidavit indicating this new final cost.
