Inks, Member <br />JULY 25, 2005 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:30 a.m. on <br />Monday, July 25, 2005, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Carl P. Littrell present. <br />Mr. Donald E. Inks was not present. Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar was present. <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot, and carried, the minutes of <br />the public agenda session and the regular meeting of the Board held on July 7 and July <br />11, 2005, were approved. <br />OPENING OF BIDS — 2005 CONCRETE PATCHES FOR UTILITY CUTS (RE -BID) <br />PROJECT NO. 105-059 (SEWERAVATER/SEWER INSURANCE) <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to <br />project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune <br />and the Tri-County News, which were found to be sufficient.
