The following quotations were opened and publicly read: <br />PEERLESS-MIDWEST <br />55860 Russell Industrial Parkway <br />Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 <br />QUOTATION: $10,750.00 <br />HERRMAN & GOETZ <br />DBA UNDERGROUND SERVICES <br />225 South Lafayette Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />QUOTATION: $3,830.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks, and carried, the above <br />quotations were referred to Environmental Services for review and recommendation. <br />After reviewing those quotations, Mr. Andy Laurent, Economic Development, <br />recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible <br />bidder, Herrman & Goetz dba Underground Services, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount <br />of $3,830.00. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted <br />and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which <br />carried. <br />
