APPROVE EXTENSION OF BID AWARD — ONE (1) MEDIUM DUTY CAB & CHASSIS — FIRE DEPARTMENT ( EMS CAPITAL BUDGET) Mr. Lou Grounds, Central Services, advised the board that on May 10, 2004, bids were received and opened for the above referred to equipment. The request is an extension of the bid award, in the amount of $49,004.86, to Great Lakes International Trucks (formerly Wise International), 4849 Western Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the extension of bid award be approved as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried.
