Rich, Inc. <br />$17,324.00 <br />Construction <br />Contract <br />LaSalle Hotel Vault Fill Project <br />Kaser Spraker <br />Construction <br />$144,100.00 <br />Grant Agreement <br />NNN <br />Access Agreement <br />Bowman Creek <br />NIPSCO <br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION — TO CONDUCT "HEART WALK" — <br />AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION <br />Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and <br />Lighting, Park Department, Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in <br />reference to a request as submitted by Ms. Alison Martin, American Heart Association, <br />6100 West 961" Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to walk on <br />October 8, 2005, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the designated route as submitted. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the <br />recommendation was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CONDUCT "BREAST CANCER <br />AWARENESS RUN/WALK" — AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY <br />Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and <br />Lighting, Park Department, Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in <br />reference to a request as submitted by Ms. Maureen Kennedy, American Cancer Society, <br />535 West Edison, South Bend, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to walk on October <br />8, 2005, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on the designated route as submitted. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the recommendation was <br />approved. <br />APPROVAL OF SCRAP METAL DEALERS/JUNK DEALERS/RECYCLING <br />OPERATIONS/TRANSFER STATIONS <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the following application has been received: <br />A-1 Auto Parts <br />2014 South Lafayette <br />It was noted that favorable recommendations have been received by the Fire Department, <br />Water Works and the Department of Code Enforcement. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Littrell seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the License Application was approved. <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS - PUBLIC PARKING FACILITY <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the following <br />license applications were approved: <br />Memorial Home Care Memorial Home Care <br />707 North Michigan 621 Memorial Drive <br />Memorial Home Care <br />100 Navarre Street <br />The above license applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />Office for issuance of a license, subject to the notation of the proper address of the <br />parking facility. <br />APPROVAL OF PETITIONFOR RESERVED HANDICAPPED PARKING AREA <br />Ms. Vivian Wilson, Mishawka, Indiana, has submitted a petition for Reserved <br />Handicapped Parking Area (paid) at the corner of Jefferson and Lafayette, at the County <br />City Building. All required paperwork has been submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Petition for Reserved Handicapped Parking <br />was approved. <br />
