<br />APPROVAL OF LICENSE APPLICATION - PUBLIC PARKING FACILITY — 420
<br />SOUTH MAIN — WITMER MC EASE MUSIC COMPANY
<br />Mr. Littrell that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from Code
<br />Enforcement, Fire Department, Engineering and the Legal Department, for a License
<br />Application as submitted by Mr. E.H. McNease, Witmer McNease Music Company,
<br />1605 East Jefferson, South Bend, Indiana, for a License Application for Public Parking
<br />Facility at 420 South Main Street, South Bend, Indiana. Upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Littrell, seconded by Ms. Kendall and carried, the License Application was approved.

<br />It was noted that favorable recommendations have been received by the Fire Department,
<br />Water Works, and the Department of Code Enforcement. Upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Littrell seconded by Ms. Kendall and carried, the License Applications were approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION — TO CONDUCT PARADE — SHAMROCK
<br />CLUB OF NOTRE DAME - ST. PATRICK' S DAY PARADE
<br />Mr. Littrell stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and
<br />Lighting, Police Department, Park Department, and the City Attorney's office, in
<br />reference to a request as submitted by Mr. Joseph Walsh, 50605 Deer Creek Ridge Court,
<br />Granger, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to event on March 12, 2005, from 10:00
<br />a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on the route as submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell,
<br />seconded by Ms. Kendall and carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION — TO CLOSE STREET —WAYNE AND ST.
<br />JOSEPH STREETS — ANNUAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND GARAGE SALE
<br />Mr. Littrell stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and
<br />Lighting, Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as
<br />submitted by Ms. Sue Brunty, Park Department, to conduct the above referred to event on
<br />June 4, 2005, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell,
<br />seconded by Ms. Kendall and carried, the recommendation was approved.
