A Variance to encroach into the 25 ft. Front -yard area along Olive <br />Street and Orange Street to a minimum of 20 feet to allow for a proposed <br />recreational walking track as shown. <br />2). A Variance to encroach into the 20 ft. Side -yard area along the East <br />property line to a minimum of 10 feet to allow for a proposed <br />recreational walking track as shown. <br />3). A Variance from the requirement of providing a Type "B" landscape <br />screen along the perimeter property lines to providing landscape <br />screening as shown. <br />
