~~~ <br />POLICE SELECTION PANEL NOVEMBER 20, 2006 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in the Police Selection Panel on Monday, November 20, 2006, at <br />8:32 a.m. The meeting was held at the South Bend Police Department in the Auditorium, 701 West <br />Sample Street, South Bend, Indiana, for the purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (B) and <br />(b} (6) (A). President Jesusa Rodriguez and Board Members Juanita Dempsey and Bruce J. <br />BonDurant were present. Board Members Donald Alford and Patrick Cottrell were not present. <br />Attorney Thomas Bodnar, and Police Chief Thomas Fautz were also present. Board members did <br />not discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice. <br />-Police Selection Panel <br />Mr. Bodnar made reference to the letter of recommendation from-Chief Fautz for the <br />probationary employment with the South Bend Police Department for the following <br />individuals: <br />Mr. Douglas Alan Masterson, Mr. Davin Maurice-Ralph Hackett, Mr. Theodore Roosevelt <br />Robert, and Mr. Alan Patrick Wiegand. Upon a motion made by Mr. Bodnar, seconded by <br />President Rodriguez and carried, the above referenced individuals were accepted for <br />recommendation for employment on a probationary basis with the South Bend Police <br />Department. <br />Upon a motion made by Chief Fautz, seconded by President Rodriguez and carried, the meeting <br />adjourned at 8:38 a.m. <br />OF PUBLIIE SAFETY <br />Rodriguez, <br />Donald L.
