Dear Mr. Ritschard:
At its October 13, 2026 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the request
to rescind the award for the above referenced open market contract due to being unable
to fulfill obligations. It is understood that no expenses have been incurred by Acorn
Landscaping, LLC as of this contract rescission.
Please sign this letter whereby you acknowledge that the above-mentioned
contract with the City has been rescinded at your request by the Board of Public
Works. Absent receipt of this signed letter, the Board of Public Works deems your
contract rescinded as of October 13, 2026
