NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS

at 1401 S. Lafayette Blvd. South Bend, Indiana 46606.
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of SOUTH BEND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Indiana that the
proper officers of SOUTH BEND CIVIL CITY will conduct a public heari ng on the year 2027 budget. Following this meeting,
any ten or more taxpayers may object to a budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of
SOUTH BEND CIVIL CITY not more than seven days after the hearing. The objection pet ition must identify the provisions of
the budget, tax rate, or tax levy to which taxpayers object. If a petition is filed, SOUTH BEND CIVIL CITY shall adopt with the
budget a finding concerning the objections in the petition and testimony presented. Following the aforementioned hearing, t he
proper officers of SOUTH BEND CIVIL CITY will meet to adopt the following budget:
