RELEASE OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, on or about January 13, 2006, GAA investments LLC ("Original
Grantor") recorded in Instrument Number EAS 0617686 in the Office of the Recorder of St.
Jospeh County, Indiana, a temporary easement ("Easement"); and
WHEREAS. pursuant to the Easement, Original Grantor granted to the City of South
Bend, acting through its Board of Public Works, a 20ft width temporary easement on a portion of
the property located at 4301 S Michigan Street, as depicted and described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated ("Easement"); and
WHEREAS, the Easement is no longer necessary and the City of South Bend, acting
through its Board of Public Works desires to release and terminate any and all rights in and to the
Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of South Bend hereby release and terminates any and all
interest or retained easement rights in and to the Easement granted pursuant to Instrument No.
EAS 0617686 in the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office, and all of the rights thereunder with
the intent that this certain Easement may be forever extinguished.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of South Bend by and through its Board of
Public Works has authorized the undersigned to execute this Release of Easement this 22nd
day of September, 2026.
