Notice of Executive Session
An Executive Session of the Redevelopment Commission will be held on September 23,
2026, at 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room (Sycamore), 6th Floor, City Hall Building, 215 S.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601.
The Redevelopment Commission will meet for the purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(2)(B) for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or litigation
that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing and I.C. 5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(19) to have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney
client privilege.
