Per the Howard Park Geotechnical RFP a geotechnical evaluation and a topographic survey is required at 219 S. St. Louis Blvd, South Bend, Indiana. SCOPE OF SERVICES We have tailored our scope of services pursuant to the provided RFP and our understanding of the services necessary to complete a project scope such as this one. Our proposed services for the above-described project are outlined in the tasks as follows: Task #1: Topographic Survey This task involves performing a topographic survey of the project site, shown on the provided RFP map to gather existing features, visible utilities, and elevations for use in developing the site plans. Prior to starting the field survey, utility locates shall be requested through INDIANA 811. A topographic survey drawing shall be prepared and serve as the base drawing for the design work. Task #2: Geotechnical Exploration Services Abonmarche will partner with a consultant to perform the following Geotechnical services which include five soil borings, two storm water location borings for a total of seven on-site borings. A written report of the soil conditions and engineering properties, including recommendations based on geotechnical exploration will be provided per the requirements listed in the provided RFP. City of South Bend Howard Park Bandshell August 19, 2026 Page 3 of 3 FEES FOR SERVICES Abonmarche will receive as payment for the work performed under this contract the lump sum amount for each task listed below unless otherwise noted. All services are firm for 60 days. If services are not completed within one (1) year, Abonmarche reserves the right to adjust the cost of all uncompleted items to reflect cost-of-living increases.
