The amendment included additional design services needed for the Colfax Streetscape project. Also included in the amendment was construction administration to be billed hourly, but this amount was not included in the total amendment amount. As a result, the funding for Construction Administration was not added to the PO. This amendment assigns a Not to Exceed amount of 36,000 for the Construction Administration line item.
