NOTICE
The Community/Campus Advisory Coalition (CCAC) will meet on Tuesday,
September 22, at 3:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of City Hall,
215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601. The Committee
meeting will be held by way of a hybrid meeting using Microsoft Teams app. Public

IV. For Consideration: 2026–2027 Meeting Schedule
A. Fall 2026 Meeting Schedule: October 27 and November 24 or December 1
Thanksgiving Break: November 25–29
B. Proposed Spring 2027 Meeting Schedule: Fourth Tuesday of each month at
3:30 p.m. | January 26 (classes begin January 11); February 23; March 23
(Spring Break: March 6–14); and April 27 (Finals: May 3–7)
