RE: Pre-Qualification Verification
Dear Ms. Krueger:
This letter serves as verification of Pre-Qualification status of your company for
bidding with the City of South Bend. This Pre-Qualification statis is effective for twelve
(12) months from the date of this letter. Thereafter you are required to re-submit a
complete application for continuation of pre-qualification status within twelve (12)
months from the date of this letter.
A copy of this Verification Letter must be included with every bid exceeding
$250,000 submitted to the City of South Bend Board of Public Works, along with your
Pre-Qualified Bidder Checklist and attachments.
