East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, <br />then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: First Amendment to Real Estate Purchase Agreement for ID2 LLC <br />SPECIFICS: On April 9, 2026, the Commission approved a Purchase Agreement for the Sale of Real <br />Property for seven (7) parcels to ID2 LLC for the construction of a mixed-income housing development. <br />The parcels are located on the east side of the 800 block of Portage Avenue. <br />The proposed First Amendment would update the commitments of the developer to match the project <br />scope. The amendment would make the following changes to the Purchase Agreement: <br />•The developer commits to construct 15 new housing units on 10 lots. This is an increase of 1 unit <br />from the original agreement. <br />•Four (4) of the properties will be sold to households at or below 100% AMI, while an additional 3 <br />properties will be sold to households at or below 120% AMI.
