The championship game will be held <br /> January 7, 2012 at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. <br /> Mayor Buttigieg will speak with Mayor Maddox via phone from the Mayor's Office at 4:30 p.m. <br /> to discuss a friendly wager over the game. <br /> The mayors know each other and Mayor Buttigieg was at a presentation earlier this year where <br /> Mayor Maddox outlined his community's response to the devastating tornadoes that hit the <br /> Tuscaloosa area in April 2011. <br /> In addition to a friendly wager between mayors,the South Bend Fire Department has entered <br /> into a friendly wager with the Tuscaloosa Fire Department. If Notre Dame wins, South Bend Fire <br /> Department personnel will receive Tuscaloosa Fire Department "duty shirts."
