�gpUTAg <br />Department of <br />Community Investment <br />1865 <br />Thursday, February 02, 2017 <br />TO: Mayor Pete Buttigieg <br />FROM: Debrah Jennings, Economic Resource6\ <br />SUBJECT: Request to Sell City -Owned Property <br />The City of South Bend has received a request from Earlie and Yvonne Bates, 321 <br />Camden St., South Bend, IN 46619 to purchase City -owned property located at 315 <br />Camden St. as noted in the attached paperwork. Mr. and Mrs. Bates are abutting <br />property owners to this property and have been maintaining it for a number of years. <br />They recently discovered the property is owned by the City, therefore, they are <br />interested in purchasing the property to extend their property line. <br />Favorable recommendations for the property sale have been received from Area Plan <br />Commission of St. Joseph County, Department of Code Enforcement, City of South <br />Bend Planning Department, City of South Bend Parks Department and the Department <br />of Community Investment. <br />If you do not have any objections, the Board of Public Works will proceed with the sale <br />of this property according to State Statutes. <br />Please sign were indicated. <br />Thank you. <br />APP$pVEp <br />%ard of Public Works <br />
