Bill No. 20 -16 — Rezoning at 2724 Lincolnway West Committeemember John Voorde made a motion to accept the substitute bill on file in the City Clerk's Office. Committeemember Jo M. Broden seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of three (3) ayes. Angela Smith, Area Plan Commission with offices on the 11 th Floor of the County -City Building, served as the presenter for this bill. This property is located along Lincolnway Ave just east of Eclipse Blvd. The petitioner is seeking to rezone the property to LB (Local Business) to allow for a print shop and associated business with her publishing company. To the north across Lincolnway is property zoned Single - Family and a vacant lot zoned Community Business. To the east is a funeral home zoned Local Business.
