NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC <br />PRESERVATION COMMISSION OF SOUTH BEND AND ST. JOSEPH COUNTY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. The building located at 803 West Washington, South Bend, St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, is hereby recommended to the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, for the establishment as a Historic Landmark pursuant to 'Ordinance No. <br />5565 -73, as amended. <br />2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the <br />Commission. } <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend and St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, held on May 16, 2016, in the Conference Room, 1308 County - <br />City Building, 227 W.
