The owner of the property spoke in favor, none in opposition. The Com- <br />mission unanimously passed a Resolution recommending to the Common Council the establishment of 803 <br />West Washington, for Historic Landmark status. <br />A copy of Resolution No. 16 -01 is enclosed as well as a copy of the Proposed Local Landmark staff report, a <br />letter from the owners requesting designation, and a signed Owner Consent form.
