Dieter presided with seven (7) members present. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS – THIRD READING <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9948-09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 1351 AND 1355 PYLE <br /> AVENUE AND THE ADJACENT <br /> VACANT LOT LYING TO <br /> THE NORTH, COUNCILMANIC <br /> DISTRICT 4, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA <br /> <br /> <br />This bill had third reading. Councilmember Rouse made a motion to pass this bill, <br />subject to the written commitments. Councilmember White seconded the motion which <br />carried. The bill passed by a roll call vote of seven (7) ayes. <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9949-09 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING <br /> VARIOUS SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 14 <br /> ARTICLE 9 OF THE SOUTH BEND <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED <br /> “REGULATIONS ADDRESSING <br /> SPECIAL EVENTS IN RESIDENTIALLY <br /> ZONED AREAS” <br /> <br />This bill had third reading. Councilmember White made to amend this bill as in the <br />Committee of the Whole. Councilmember Oliver Davis seconded the motion which <br />carried by a voice vote of seven (7) ayes. Additionally, Councilmember White made a <br />motion to pass this bill as amended.
