Because of it's size, <br />versatility and portability it is <br />well suited for a variety of <br />cleaning applications. This <br />`' washer is used extensively in <br />work cell type applications. <br />~T' The basket is vinyl coated for <br />.` ~ protection of machine surfaces <br />~__ ~"` and precision parts and can be <br />l ~; adapted to hold all types of <br />parts. If it is required that a part <br />be positioned or fixtured for proper cleaning, the standard <br />basket can be used or it can be removed and a custom built <br />fixture or basket used in it's place. The standard or custom <br />baskets can be interchangeable because of the removable <br />feature. <br />Construction of this washer is for heavy duty and <br />continuous operations and utilizes 304 stainless steel for <br />the spray chamber and reservoir tank. <br />There are a variety of options available for the washer, --" <br />including drying, rinsing, oil skimming and a variety of ~ <br />~ <br />electronic controls. By choosing the proper option, you can ~ = ~, <br />tailor the washer for your requirements. ~ o a <br /> <br />~: N ~~ t~ <br />~ fLl <br />Biodegradable detergents and hot water are the cleaning ~ ~* <br />solution used. Which provide a safe and environmentally ~ <br />friendly solution. ADF detergents include a rust inhibitor for G ~ ° <br />steel parts and is safe on other materials such as brass, `_ <br />aluminum, stainless steel, co <br />peer, rubber, plastic or glass. <br /> <br />Filtration of the wash solution is standard with this model, <br />including a primary 100 micron felt blanket filter and a <br />secondary cartridge system. With ratings of 3, 5, 10, 25 <br />and 50 micron, the customer can choose the proper <br />cartridge for his requirements. <br />Simplicity is another feature of the Model 800. The <br />operator places the parts in the basket, closes the lid and <br />activates the push button start switch. For higher volume <br />applications and better ergonomics, an air operated lid <br />option is available. At the completion of the cleaning cycle, <br />the operator can open the lid, remove the parts and start <br />the process over again. If the unit is equipped with the <br />optional air lid, the lid automatically opens at the end of the <br />cleaning cycle. <br />Safety features are included for the washer and the <br />operator. All ADF Washers are equipped with a safety <br />switch so the machine pump is shut down if the machine is <br />
