Ms. Kolata responded that a recent <br />Indiana Supreme Court decision found that <br />Cooper Industries is the successor to <br />Studebaker and, therefore, responsible for <br />environmental problems, so we are pursuing <br />a claim against Cooper Industries for <br />environmental remediation of most of the <br />Studebaker properties.
