REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 11,2013 Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand: Again, several questions were raised at the Utilities meeting, so it will be sent back to committee. BILL NO. 60-13 PUBLIC HEARING ON A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $21,000.00 FROM THE PALAIS ROYALE HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND (FUND 450) FOR REPAIRS TO THE HISTORIC EXTERIOR/INTERIOR OF THE VENUE Councilmember Dieter made a motion to continue this bill until the November 25, 2013,meeting of the Council at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember Scott seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight(8) ayes. RISE AND REPORT Councilmember Scott made a motion to rise and report to full Council.
