ZZ -ts ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br /> INDIANA,APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR CERTAIN <br /> DEPARTMENTAL AND ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS IN 2015 OF$10,000 FROM <br /> MPAC CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND (#416), $4,000 FROM CUSTOMER <br /> DEPOSIT FUND (#624), $750 FROM WATERWORKS SINKING FUND(#625), <br /> $5,500 FROM WATERWORKS DEBT RESERVE O&M FUND(#629), $1,887,938 <br /> FROM SEWAGE O&M FUND (#641), $6,160 FROM SEWAGE WORKS O&M <br /> RESERVE FUND (#643), $2,827 FROM SEWAGE WORKS SINKING FUND (#649) <br /> AND $3 FROM 2007B SEWER BOND FUND (#651).. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The Common Council passed the City's 2015 operating and capital budgets in <br /> 2014 (#10323-14 passed on October 13, 2014), which included expenditures for various <br /> City enterprise operations. It is now necessary to appropriate additional funds for <br /> operational expenditures necessary for the City to effect provision of services to its <br /> citizens which were not anticipated at the time the City budget was adopted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> Section I.
