During the audit of the City's fiscal year ending December 31,2014, the State <br /> Board of Accounts noted that the City did not have a formal ordinance on file. This is a <br /> similar comment that they noted for many of their other municipal clients. <br /> A representative of the South Bend Police Department will present this bill to the <br /> Common Council at the appropriate committee and council meetings.
