[Bill No. 01-15]. It was noted at a subsequent Committee meeting that twenty-six <br /> (26) public meetings were held throughout the city to solicit public input to determine Park needs. The <br /> 5-year Park Master Plan has identified over$32 million of potential expenditure areas overall. <br /> The Committee held a public hearing on the proposed lease between the Redevelopment Authority and <br /> the Redevelopment Commission which would allow the execution of bonds in the amount of$25 <br /> million to complete the"Smart Street" initiative. [Bill No. 15-10]. <br /> The Community Investment and Community Relations Committee held a joint meeting on May 21, 2015 <br /> at the Kroc Center for additional public discussions on the West Side Main Streets Revitalization Plan <br /> which would have range between $44 to $47 million of public investment in this area.
