FOZO: Yes, well if 11e doesn't Want to utilize it as a living unit for four students until he gets it. But yes <br />any property owner can come in and request variances to a developmental standard. <br />MR. SASSANO: But we're not allowed to give that variance here unless he requests it? <br />MR.
