REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 28,201 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Approval of Interlocal Agreement The South Bend Common Council <br />hereby deems it advisable and in the best interest of the City of South Bend for South Bend to <br />enter into the Interlocal Agreement. The substantially final form of Interlocal Agreement <br />presented to this meeting, and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved by the South <br />Bend Common Council. The Mayor or the Deputy Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed, for and on behalf of South Bend, to execute and deliver the Interlocal <br />Agreement and to approve any changes in the form or substance of the Interlocal Agreement, <br />such approval to be conclusively evidenced by its execution by the Mayor and City Clerk. <br />SECTION 2. No Conflict All ordinances, resolutions, and orders or parts thereof in <br />conflict with the provisions of this Resolution are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3.
